Community Outreach and
Wellness Program
Trained staff provides education and access to resources for those with health concerns, financial instability, or other critical needs. Assistance is available for home energy and telephone discounts.
Medical professionals and social service personnel are available to conduct confidential health and wellness consultations and screenings. The programs also serve as a clearinghouse, providing recommendations to clients regarding health intervention, recovery or ongoing health management. Disease-specific educational sessions are offered in response to population needs
